Mukhyamantri Vayoshri Yojana was started on the lines of the National Vayoshri Yojana of the Government of India by the current Chief Minister of Maharashtra State, Eknath Shinde ji, for the senior citizens of his state in the cabinet meeting of 05 February 2024.
